Project Management
Keep it Together!
Designing a website requires clear communication. When you rely solely on email for communication, things will fall through the cracks.
I use an online project management tool called Basecamp and find it indispensable for keeping everyone up to date on the project.
Think of Basecamp as ground zero for all communication regarding your project. Questions and concerns, design mockups, font and colour choices, logo treatments - all of these things will be posted here so everyone involved can review and keep track. Need to refresh your memory on something that was discussed a week ago? Just log in to Basecamp and review notes related to a specific topic. No more wading through endless email threads to find your answer.
How it Works
I'll create a username and password for everyone involved with your project. This information will be emailed to you and then you can log in to you your own private, secure account. When ever something is added to the account your will receive an email notification. You can then log in to Basecamp to see what's new, post questions and review the project's progress.
Forget a password or have a question? Get in touch.
